Having signed their first record deal at just 15, the twins have spent years refining their sound and building a catalogue that bridges classic house influences with a distinctly modern club focus.
Their recent run has included a standout EP on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax, alongside releases with elrow and Franky Rizardo’s LTF, while 2026 has seen their profile take another significant step forward.
Their collaboration with Mixmasters, “My Life Is A Disco (In The Mix)”, reimagines the classic Chicago house record “In The Mix” through Mellizos’ trademark deep, percussive sound. Released via LTF Records, the record has gone on to become their biggest release to date, surpassing 10 million streams and climbing to #4 on the Beatport Main Top 100.
That momentum was followed by an official remix of Route 94’s “4Get The Girl” for Defected Records. Mellizos transformed the UK house original into a faster, peak time club record, with the remix also reaching #4 on the Beatport Main Top 100 and picking up early support from the likes of Franky Rizardo, Joseph Capriati and Marco Carola.
Across their wider catalogue, Mellizos have earned support from some of house music’s most influential names, including Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, Franky Rizardo, The Martinez Brothers, PAWSA and Cloonee, with their music increasingly finding its way into sets and onto dancefloors around the world.
Alongside the growth of their releases, 2026 has seen the duo begin translating that momentum into their European touring profile. Mellizos made their debut on the continent this summer, performing across Ibiza and the Netherlands with appearances at Boothstock Festival, Cuckoo’s Nest, Cova Santa Ibiza and Colorado Charlie.
